Penn State (4-4, 1-4 Big Ten) travels to face Washington (5-3, 2-3 Big Ten) at Husky Stadium on November 7, seeking its second conference win under first-year coach Matt Campbell. The Nittany Lions enter with momentum after a 31-17 victory over Purdue that featured a breakout rushing performance from Cam Wallace and improved time of possession. Their defense ranks among the Big Ten leaders in pass defense and has limited opponents to under 150 passing yards in multiple games. Washington, coming off a 17-10 road win at Nebraska, relies on quarterback Demond Williams Jr. after stabilizing its signal-caller situation, though the Huskies have dealt with injuries to key skill players and offensive line depth. Penn State leads the all-time series 4-0, including a 35-6 win in 2024, but faces cross-country travel and questions around wide receiver availability. Washington holds a slight home-edge in trader pricing amid both teams’ offensive inconsistencies this season.
