No. 14 Houston travels to face No. 10 Utah in a top-15 Big 12 matchup with conference title and College Football Playoff implications. Utah enters undefeated at 6-0 with the nation’s longest active win streak, leveraging a potent offense averaging over 40 points per game and a stout defense, while benefiting from home-field advantage at Rice-Eccles Stadium. Houston counters at 6-1 after a four-game win streak, powered by dual-threat quarterback Conner Weigman’s elite passing efficiency and production, plus strong rushing balance and secondary play. Trader consensus on platforms like Polymarket reflects Utah’s edge at roughly 70% implied win probability, driven by recent form, schedule strength, and historical home dominance, though Houston’s series lead and momentum keep the contest competitive. Key factors include Utah’s red-zone efficiency and any defensive adjustments against Weigman’s dual-threat attack.
