Flávio Bolsonaro leads trader consensus for first place in the Federal District’s October 4 first round at 67.5%, reflecting the area’s established right-leaning electorate and the Liberal Party’s local organizational strength ahead of the national contest. Recent campaign events, including Flávio’s attendance at the PL Federal District convention and the August launch of his bid emphasizing security issues, have reinforced positioning against Lula’s 33% implied probability. National polls show Lula ahead overall with first-round shares near 40%, yet localized dynamics in Brasília favor the Bolsonaro-aligned candidate over fragmented opposition options such as Ronaldo Caiado, Romeu Zema, and Renan Santos, all at or below 50%. Minor candidates remain near 0%, consistent with limited viability in the polarized contest. The first-round outcome depends on turnout among core voter blocs and any late shifts in economic messaging.
