Harry Kane’s record-breaking 73-goal season for Bayern Munich, including the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal double plus the European Golden Shoe, combined with England’s World Cup bronze medal, has established him as the clear frontrunner in trader consensus for finishing ahead of Lamine Yamal. Yamal delivered strong contributions for Barcelona’s La Liga title and Spain’s World Cup triumph, yet injuries limited his output and impact at the tournament, leaving him behind Kane in both bookmaker odds and market-implied probabilities. With the ceremony occurring today in London, the head-to-head market reflects Kane’s superior goal tallies, consistency, and trophy haul as the decisive factors over Yamal’s youth and creativity.
