Daniel Rincon and Inaki Montes-De La Torre, both Spanish players in their early 20s ranked near the top 300, meet in the second round of the 2026 Manacor Challenger on outdoor hard courts at the Rafa Nadal Academy. Rincon, an academy product with prior success at the venue including a 2025 title run, holds a slight edge in second-serve points won and return stats over recent months, alongside greater career prize money and ATP-level exposure. Montes-De La Torre arrives with stronger 2026 win rates and a 1-0 head-to-head lead from a 2024 clay match, plus momentum from his first-round victory the prior day. The evenly matched field and surface transition favor close sets where recent hard-court form and break-point conversion will likely decide the outcome.
