Mariano Navone and Raphael Collignon meet in the Cincinnati Open first round on outdoor hard courts, with the Belgian holding a narrow edge in implied probability due to his higher ranking (No. 38 vs. No. 44) and stronger hard-court profile. Navone arrives after a straight-sets loss to Arthur Fils in Montreal and carries a career record below .300 on the surface, despite securing his maiden ATP title on clay earlier in 2026. Collignon, fresh off a defeat to Alexei Popyrin in Canada, has posted consistent results across surfaces this season, including a third-round showing at Roland Garros. With no prior head-to-head and both players entering on short rest from the preceding Masters 1000 event, traders are weighing Collignon’s recent form and ranking stability against Navone’s experience in high-stakes matches.
