Jan Kumstat enters the Prague Challenger second round on a 12-match win streak that includes two straight Challenger titles, making the 19-year-old Czech a formidable home player on clay against Sumit Nagal. The pair met just 18 days earlier in Liberec, where Kumstat prevailed 7-5 6-4. Nagal, ranked 92 spots higher at No. 239, opened his Prague campaign with a straight-sets win over Eduardo Ribeiro but carries a mixed recent record. Surface familiarity, current momentum, and the local crowd advantage favor the younger player, though Nagal’s greater experience at this level keeps the outcome competitive on outdoor red clay.
