Marco Cecchinato holds the ranking and experience edge at ATP 170-174 against the younger Juan Bautista Torres (ATP 266) in this Todi Challenger quarterfinal on clay. The Italian has posted solid recent Challenger results on the surface, including a straight-sets win to reach this stage, while Torres has advanced through early rounds with competitive three-set victories. Their lone prior meeting went to Torres in 2025 Rosario qualifying, also on clay, though Cecchinato benefits from home-country support and greater overall depth in longer rallies. Both players enter on positive tournament momentum with no reported injuries.
