Raul Brancaccio enters the US Open men's singles qualifying first round on hard courts ranked around 232-248, with a career-high of 121 but inconsistent 2026 results including a 28-23 record and multiple recent losses. Thiago Seyboth Wild, currently ranked near 202 with a career peak of 58, brings stronger recent momentum after a Challenger title three weeks ago and a 7-3 mark in his last 10 matches. Both right-handers face a tough draw for main-draw entry, where surface adaptation, return efficiency, and break-point conversion on outdoor hard courts will likely decide advancement in this single-elimination encounter.
