Alexander Blockx faces Flavio Cobolli in the Cincinnati Open third round on outdoor hard courts, a matchup shaped by contrasting rankings and recent head-to-head results. World No. 32 Blockx, the 21-year-old Belgian, enters with strong momentum after climbing to a career-high ranking and posting a solid 48-23 record over the past year, including a straight-sets victory over Cobolli on clay at Monte-Carlo earlier in 2026.
