Enzo Aguiard holds a clear edge in this Zhangjiagang Challenger qualifying matchup on outdoor hard courts, driven by his stronger 2026 record of 47-18 and current ATP ranking near 508 compared to Jesse Delaney’s 11-24 mark and ranking outside the top 900. Aguiard arrives with momentum from straight-set wins in recent Chinese ITF events and his earlier M25 Burnie title, while Delaney has struggled for consistency. Their sole prior meeting saw Delaney prevail in straight sets on hard in late 2025, yet Aguiard’s improved serve-return metrics and overall form this season shift the balance. The surface favors baseline play where Aguiard’s recent results stand out, though any late withdrawal or physical issue could alter the outcome in this best-of-three encounter.
