Multiple clubs remain tightly bunched near the top of the 2026/27 Meiji Yasuda J1 League table after ten matchweeks, with Sanfrecce Hiroshima, FC Machida Zelvia, and FC Tokyo level on 23 points and Vissel Kobe and Kashiwa Reysol within four points of the leaders. Strong recent attacking outputs from Machida and Tokyo, combined with Hiroshima’s league-best goal difference, have kept their runner-up probabilities closely aligned in trader pricing. Defensive solidity and consistent results across this group, alongside the absence of any runaway leader, sustain broad market parity. Upcoming fixtures such as the Tokyo derby against Kashiwa and Hiroshima’s trip to V-Varen Nagasaki could alter the narrow margins that currently define the race.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Japan J. League for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Japan J. League for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Japan J. League (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Japan J. League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
