The 2026 Liga AUF Uruguaya remains tightly contested heading into the final Clausura rounds, with Peñarol atop the aggregate table on 63 points despite a one-point deduction, while Montevideo City Torque leads the Clausura on 22 points from 10 matches and Nacional has climbed to within striking distance at 20 points. Multiple contenders including Liverpool, Deportivo Maldonado, and Racing maintain realistic paths through strong recent form, favorable goal differences, and upcoming fixtures against mid-table sides. This parity across the annual, short-tournament, and playoff qualification standings reflects balanced squad depth and inconsistent results among the traditional powers, sustaining trader consensus around even implied probabilities for the eventual champion.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the champion of the Uruguayan Primera División for the 2026 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of Uruguayan Primera División for the 2026 season per the rules of Uruguayan Primera División (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Uruguayan Primera División; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
