Orlando City SC hosts San Diego FC for the first time in MLS play at Inter&Co Stadium, with both sides pushing for playoff positioning in their conferences. Orlando enters with a porous defense that has conceded a league-high 54 goals and sits at 7-11-4 after a late collapse in a 3-3 draw at Minnesota United, though home form stands at 5-4-2 and forward Martín Ojeda has returned from a lengthy thigh injury to bolster an attack featuring Antoine Griezmann. San Diego arrives at 8-8-6 after strong recent results, including five wins in six matches and 11 goals in the last five, led by Anders Dreyer despite absences for Marcus Ingvartsen and others; the visitors are 2-5-3 on the road and face a long cross-country trip. High combined scoring rates and inconsistent defending point to an open first half where multiple goal outcomes remain plausible.
