Nashville SC enters the 2026 MLS Cup playoffs as the clear frontrunner after claiming the Supporters’ Shield with a league-best 74 points from 33 matches, an unmatched +44 goal differential, and an unbeaten home record that set single-season marks for home points and wins. Their defensive organization and consistent results across the campaign underpin the 23.6% implied probability. Vancouver Whitecaps FC sit close behind at 15.4% following a 61-point Western Conference title run built on strong away form and a league-leading 18 wins, while Inter Miami CF’s 17.0% reflects a potent attack featuring Lionel Messi’s 26 goals and 59 points that secured second place in the East. The bunched probabilities among the top three highlight the inherent uncertainty of the postseason format, where best-of-three series, home-field edges, and potential upsets by teams like FC Dallas or St. Louis City SC can quickly reshape outcomes despite regular-season gaps.
This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2026 MLS Cup. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2026 MLS Cup per the rules of MLS (e.g. they are mathematically eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
